2.  On November 10, 2021, the above companies were placed in Rehabilitation by the Louisiana 19th Judicial District Court.

3.  On December 1, 2021, James J. Donelon, the Louisiana Commissioner of Insurance, issued a notice to all policyholders.

4.  On December 28, 2021, SafePoint Insurance Company assumed all Louisiana & Texas policies of State National Fire Insurance Company with an effective date of 12/01/2021.

5.  On January 7, 2022, the above companies were place in Liquidation by the Louisiana 19th Judicial District Court.

6.  On March 7, 2022, a Notice of Liquidation and Proof of Claim Form was mailed to all policyholders, vendors, agents/producers, brokers, and general creditors.

7.  By April 29, 2022, all Proof of Claims must be received by 4:30 P.M CDT.

1.  For questions regarding Louisiana claims occurring prior to 12/01/2021 and policies cancelled prior to 12/01/2021, call the Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association (LIGA) at (225) 277-7151 or via email to LIGA@legionclaims.com .

2.  For questions regarding Texas claims occurring prior to 12/01/2021 and policies cancelled prior to 12/01/2021, call the Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association at (800) 856-0298.

3.  For questions regarding all claims and polices after 12/01/2021, call the SafePoint Insurance Company at (855) 243-9740.

4.  For questions regarding your current insurance policy, call the SafePoint Insurance Company at (855) 243-9740.
